Job summary

The role requires handling sensitive content and working in shifts on-site. A bachelor's degree is required, and prior moderation or customer service experience is a plus. Training will be provided to align with company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or eliminate content uploaded by users, according to client policies.
• Maintain high quality in each review to meet defined KPIs.
• Escalate issues promptly according to established procedures.
• Protect confidentiality and ensure proper handling of user information.
• Participate in ongoing training for role development.
• Follow all role-related instructions and procedures.
• Monitor communications across company channels.
• Be able to handle offensive or disturbing content emotionally.
• Work rotating shifts.
