You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your lessons, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly.

• Availability: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday mornings (UK time)
• Preferred start date: ASAP
• Lesson Frequency: 2 lessons per week
• Lesson Duration: 1:30 hour per session
• Location / Time zone: Aberdeen, Scotland (GMT)
• Preferred platform: Cannot use Teams nor Google Meet
• Current target language level: Intermediate - would like to be assessed by the teacher
• Native language: Bahasa Indonesian
• Language needs and goals: Everyday conversation, pronunciation, and commonly used local phrases and idioms
• Learning preferences: She enjoys conversation practice, games, varied learning methods, and feedback; she doesn't like rigid, overly structured lessons, but likes knowing lesson objectives
• Interests: Walking, travelling, reading, and crafting

Responsibilities

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• To have a degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related field
• To have a minimum of two years of experience teaching English
