Job summary

A leading kitchenware retail shop in George Town is seeking a motivated individual to manage online order processing and product listings. Responsibilities include ensuring timely shipping of orders, attending to customer enquiries, and handling social media marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates should have at least a secondary school certificate, strong sales and coordination skills, and proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Malay. Experience in ecommerce is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Mandarin required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience in ecommerce and online marketplaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of daily online order processing.
• Ensure all orders are shipped out on time.
• Attend to customer chat enquiries professionally.
• Manage company social media and marketing tasks.
