About the Role

We’re hiring compassionate and qualified Onsite Mental Health Professionals to join our growing team in Penang! This is a full-time role where you'll deliver impactful one-on-one and group wellness sessions for corporate clients, helping individuals improve mental health, emotional resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expected to conduct wellness sessions per working day (individual or group-based) or as required by the client.
  • Maintain clinical documentation and session notes in line with best practices.
  • Participate in clinical supervision activities to maintain professional growth.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure quality and relevance of wellness support.
  • Be available to serve diverse lines of business.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree (must-have) in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Health Psychology, Guidance Counselling , or Psychotherapy .
  • Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience , including individual sessions and group facilitation.
  • Fully licensed and registered with Malaysian regulatory bodies (e.g., LKM, MHSCP, MSCP ). Proof of registration must be submitted prior to onboarding.
  • Demonstrated advanced English fluency , both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and cultural sensitivity.
  • A commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professional standards.
