Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma.
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Clinical Assistance: Assist the Dental Officer during examinations, consultations and treatments; prepare instruments, materials and equipment; provide instruments and materials during procedures; ensure treatment room is ready before/after each patient.
• Infection Control & Sterilisation: Clean, disinfect and sterilise instruments; handle, store and dispose of waste; maintain hygiene of rooms and equipment.
• Equipment & Stock Management: Check and prepare dental equipment; report malfunctions; monitor stock levels; assist with stock arrangements and replenishment.
• Patient Care: Welcome and prepare patients; provide basic instructions; maintain patient confidentiality; manage patient flow.
• Documentation & Administrative Support: Update patient records; complete treatment forms; assist with appointment coordination and follow-up; support administrative dental operations.
• Teamwork & Clinic Operations: Work closely with officers and staff; communicate effectively; participate in meetings and trainings; comply with policies and SOPs; perform other duties as assigned.
