Reboot Monkey in Georgetown, Malaysia is seeking a Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role to support critical infrastructure at world-class data center facilities. You will install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, monitor environmental systems, and respond to incidents.

The position requires 3+ years of data center operations experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience required.
• Strong ability to install, configure, and maintain server/network gear.
• Proficient in documentation and asset tracking.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
