A leading consulting firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Head of Human Capital Services for the Asia Pacific region. As our Head of Human Capital services for Asia Pacific, you will be the driving force behind an exceptional HR operations and services function across the region—leading with vision and purpose in a role that demands both strategic insight and operational mastery.
You will embody teaming, resilience, and adaptability as you tackle at pace the evolving challenges of a diverse and dynamic environment covering multiple countries in Asia Pacific. Leading a talented team of around 10 Human Capital professionals, you will build and nurture trusted partnerships throughout our 13 offices across Australia, South-East Asia, Greater China, and North Asia. You will collaborate across job families and Human Capital teams to ensure alignment with the unique needs and complexities of this expansive and fast-growing region.
