Officer, Sales Customer Service & Support

Reports To

Executive.ML - Marketing & Business Development

Role Purpose

The position is responsible for offering sales support and helping develop new products and services to satisfy customer demands. Additionally, the role includes assisting the sales and marketing team by promoting supplementary products or services according to customer needs and preferences. It also involves overseeing the daily operations of the sales and marketing team, driving performance, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies.

Key Accountability
  • Support the implementation of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KULAP) station sales initiatives related to customer service and business development.
  • Ensure that sales documentation, including job files, is completed monthly and submitted by the deadline set by the Finance Department.
  • Compile the monthly KULAP station sales progress report and sales contract rates as required.
  • Offer daily operational support to the Sales Team, including booking confirmations and rate quotations for MH or other carrier Airway bills.
  • Support Business Units in managing social media platforms, including the website, Facebook, TikTok, and others, for marketing purposes.
  • Perform any ad hoc task assigned by superior as and when required.
Qualifications & Working Experience
  • Minimum SPM/SPMV/DVM/STPM/Diploma or Bachelor of Business Management or Administration in Marketing, Entrepreneurship or a related field.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales and marketing business or a related field.
Areas of Experience
  • Knowledgeable in Logistics and Ground Handling Services.
  • Knowledgeable in S4HANA system or relevant SAP experience.

  • Possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality with good leadership qualities.
