Description

• Assist with preparing purchase orders, entering item data into the system, comparing quotations, and following up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stocks.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers' information, and documentation.
• Receive sales orders from the marketing department and allocate stock accordingly.
• Monitor product sales, address stock shortages and underperforming products, and recommend the next course of action.
• Verify that product sizes and colors match the placed purchase orders.
• Manage replacement product requests and update product price tags.
• Provide support for both regular and spontaneous tasks.

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least SPM/STPM.
