Job summary

A property management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an administrative professional to handle document systemization, maintain reports, and assist management operations. Key duties include ensuring company assets are in good condition and serving as a point of contact with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be flexible for ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administrative works, document systemization and upkeep.
  • Maintain reports files and records.
  • Assist the Centre Management operations team as necessary.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks from the superior.
  • Assist in preparing reports as required by Senior Operations Manager.
  • Coordinate submission, review and analyze routine reports.
  • Serve as point of contact between management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the Company’s Asset is in good condition.
  • Liaise with vendor for damages or warranty issues.
