Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in data input of investment injection and withdrawal requests into the system
• Assist in preparation of money market instructions to the Trustee/ Custodian
• Assist in performing daily stock holding reconciliation
• Assist in preparation fund accounting valuation and other reports
• Assist in other day-to-day fund operations tasks as the superior may request

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Investment/ Finance/ Economics/ Business Study
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in accounting or fund management operations.
• Adaptable, quick to learn, with good communication skills and strong teamwork abilities
• Meticulous with good analytical skill
• Well organised in maintaining tidy filing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
