1. Executive, HR Staff Recruitment
- To handle full spectrum of HR function in recruitment & selection
- To handle job posting, shortlisting candidate & interview arrangement.
- Assist HR management in charting out the recruitment roadmap and hiring activities programme
- Involve directly in preparing weekly, monthly & adhoc recruitment report to the management
- Other task as per assigned from time to time
- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
- The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure /instruction.
2. Executive, HR Workers Recruitment
- Communicate with hiring managers to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
- Define job description and document specifications
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channel.
- Conduct confidential interview.
- Build long-term relationships and talent community
- Research and develop recruiting leads
- Advise hiring managers on best-recruiting practices.
3. Officer, HR Generalists
- To oversee that the right person is selected for the right jobs and deployed.
- To ensure that proper evaluation of workers performance is annually done and suitable financial rewards are granted
- To resolve all grievances from staffs and workers in an amicable and expedient manner.
- To identify suitable training and retraining needs of all levels of staffs and workers.
- To assess as to whether prevailing company rules and regulations are abreast of times.
- To counsel employees on work related matters as well as personal & family problem.
- To organize social activities for employees and workers, e.g. company annual dinner & family day etc.
- To conduct Domestic Inquiry on staffs and workers when necessary.
- Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
