A mall management company is seeking an Officer for Accounts & Finance in Selangor, Malaysia. The candidate will assist in handling account receivables, support cash counts, and ensure accuracy in documentation. A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in relevant fields and at least 2 years of experience are required. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential. This role contributes significantly to the finance operations of the company.
To assist in handle Account Receivable for rental rebate, legal charge and other adhoc backcharge.
Support / witness in car park cashcount and asset sighting when needed.
Check and sign the daily report submitted by car park.
To assist updating the daily cash book for revenue collection account.
Calculate SST payment and file in SST in Customs website.
Handle filing, records keeping and assuring the accuracy of documents filing.
Utility billing to all tenants on monthly basis.
To assist in year-end audit document preparation.
To assist in bank in matter and send the slip to suppliers.
To assist in other daily finance operation matter.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or LCCI.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
Accuracy in data entry, eyes for details and able to work in fast pace.
Good interpersonal and documentation skills.
Good knowledge on Microsoft Office especially Excel.
