Job Description

• Supporting Business Growth: Assist P&L Head in expanding and developing DIMKUL Ocean Freight team in alignment with strategic business plan.
• Operational & Service Excellence: Oversee customer service and operations activities, ensuring adherence to defined SOPs to deliver exceptional service quality.
• Team Development: Build a high-performing, collaborative team through effective communication and integration.
• Carrier Relationship Management: Strengthen relationship with ocean carriers to secure competitive rates and reliable service.
• Financial Accuracy: Ensure timely billing and costing to support accurate month‑end financial reporting.
• Profitability & Strategy Alignment: Monitor cost‑to‑sales ratios and accounts receivable to ensure alignment with overall business strategy and profitability goals.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with legal requirements, quality assurance certifications, and risk management protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in ocean freight operations and customer service.
