Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Pahang, Malaysia, and requires a skilled Solar O&M Technician. The technician will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of solar power systems, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing solar power generation processes, and ensuring the efficient performance of all solar equipment. The role will also involve conducting regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and collaborating with the team to support high‑quality power generation operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of Solar Systems, Solar Industry, and Solar Power technologies with the ability to operate and maintain solar equipment
  • Proficiency in equipment Troubleshooting and problem-solving in the context of renewable energy systems
  • Basic knowledge of Power Generation concepts and processes
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Willingness to work on-site in Pahang, Malaysia
  • Prior experience in solar energy or renewable energy is preferred
  • Relevant certification or technical training in electrical or renewable energy systems is advantageous
  • Ability to handle tools and equipment safely and methodically
