You will provide health guidance and product recommendations while ensuring high-quality customer interactions. In this dual role, you will manage inquiries, process orders, support sales and marketing efforts, and help build trust with customers through expertise and attentive service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Biochemistry, Dietetics, Food Science, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin preferred.
• Passion for health, nutrition and continuous professional development.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Positive, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Meticulous, patient, friendly and service-oriented with excellent communication.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Canva, and Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Short notice availability will be advantageous.

About the role

You will play a vital part in building customer relationships, establishing trust through your expertise, and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily sales operations, including invoicing, report preparation, and courier coordination.

Respond to product inquiries and process customer orders efficiently.

Support and collaborate on sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Provide professional consultations on health, nutrition, and dietary management.

Promote product awareness and engage with customers through social media platforms.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and the latest nutritional research.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Biochemistry, Dietetics, Food Science, or a related field.

Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Bahasa Cina proficiency is preferred as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking clients.

Passion for health, nutrition, and continuous professional development.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Meticulous, patient, friendly, and service-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
