Our retailers are diversified and come from a variety of trade channels comprising chain pharmacies, independent pharmacies, hypermarkets, supermarkets, convenience shops, baby shops and Chinese medical halls. We provide sales and marketing, distribution, warehousing, and logistical solutions for multinational FMCG brand owners in the Malaysian market.

Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell the company’s range of products to business partners and customers.
  • Customer relationship management includes attending to consumer needs, concerns & complaints, and providing general health knowledge in a timely manner.
  • Provide nutritional consultation and product recommendations to customers, including health talks and events.
  • Build and maintain good loyal relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Assist on ad‑hoc events as and when required.
  • Collaborate with other product advisors, telemarketers and marketing departments to achieve common goals.
  • Give talks/presentations on the company’s products to doctors, pharmacists, retailers and product advisors.
Requirements
  • Prefer candidates with a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nutrition, food science, or dietetics.
  • Self‑motivated to earn more income and enthusiastic.
  • Friendly, warm and outgoing personality.
  • Opportunity seekers willing to take risks.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Basic Microsoft skills.
  • Able to speak in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates proficient in Mandarin are preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
