Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced professional for Nutanix product implementation and support. You will work closely with customers' IT teams to enhance their virtual infrastructure and align with their IT objectives. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in IT, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and preferably holds industry certifications such as MCSA or CCNA.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years in an IT enterprise environment.
• Experience with Virtualized IT environments.
• Industry certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, VCAP, VCIX, CCNA, CCIA, and RHCE are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in service delivery and work with a customer's IT team.
• Deliver Nutanix implementations and/or virtual infrastructure operations support.
• Clarify customer's IT objectives and align activities.
