Responsibilities

• Support the Operating Theatre nurses and medical assistants in providing clinical knowledge and skills.
• Supervise and assist new employees in perioperative nursing skills.
• Plan and execute clinical attachment for new employees according to their learning needs.
• Perform clinical assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare training materials and conduct trainings.
• Liaise with surgeon, anaesthetist, senior staff and vendor to arrange training sessions.
• Maintain training records for all Operating Theatre employees.
• Provide input for the development of Operating department.
