Job description

• Conduct patient assessments, record vital signs, and document medical histories.
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as prescribed.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and other nursing procedures.
• Educate patients on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Assist doctors during consultations and minor surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready.
• Collect specimens (blood, urine, swabs) and perform basic diagnostic tests.
• Monitor patients during and after treatment for adverse reactions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Support appointment scheduling and patient flow management.
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and Ministry of Health (KKM) regulations.
• Participate in audits, licensing renewals, and compliance reporting.
• Supervise Clinic Assistants and guide them in daily tasks.
• Restock medical supplies and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with clinic managers to ensure SOPs are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns professionally.
