Job description

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and participate in Multidisciplinary Team Meetings (MDTMs) to provide smooth delivery of client care and services.
• Coordinate the care of the patient through the medical director and provide direct client care.
• Monitor, reassess, and evaluate the client’s condition in implementing the care plan for the patient.
• Communicate and build rapport with the clients.
• Ensure that par stock of supplies for products and consumables is maintained.
• Adhere to the protocols, norms, rules, and regulations to maintain complete records.
• Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the procedures and protocols.
• Prepare rooms and decontaminate equipment and instruments.
• Prepare clients for examinations and procedures.
• Assist the chief medical director/medical director during consultations.
• Observe and record the client’s behaviour.
• Carry out the requisite procedures.
• Experience in IV therapy, injections, and minor medical procedures is preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field qualifications
• Certificates in CPR, BLS (Basic Life Support), or ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) are a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience (experience in a wellness, spa, or integrative health setting is a plus).

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

• Full-time position, with flexible shifts that may include weekends or holidays.
• Standing for extended periods, frequent walking, and assisting in patient positioning.
• Handling medical equipment, administering treatments, and performing clinical procedures. Must be physically fit to handle emergencies and patient care duties.
