Responsibilities
- Facilitate and participate in Multidisciplinary Team Meetings (MDTMs) to provide smooth delivery of client care and services.
- Coordinate the care of the patient through the medical director and provide direct client care.
- Monitor, reassess, and evaluate the client’s condition in implementing the care plan for the patient.
- Communicate and build rapport with the clients.
- Ensure that par stock of supplies for products and consumables is maintained.
- Adhere to the protocols, norms, rules, and regulations to maintain complete records.
- Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with the procedures and protocols.
- Prepare rooms and decontaminate equipment and instruments.
- Prepare clients for examinations and procedures.
- Assist the chief medical director/medical director during consultations.
- Observe and record the client’s behaviour.
- Carry out the requisite procedures.
- Experience in IV therapy, injections, and minor medical procedures is preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field qualifications
- Certificates in CPR, BLS (Basic Life Support), or ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience (experience in a wellness, spa, or integrative health setting is a plus).
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
- Full-time position, with flexible shifts that may include weekends or holidays.
- Standing for extended periods, frequent walking, and assisting in patient positioning.
- Handling medical equipment, administering treatments, and performing clinical procedures. Must be physically fit to handle emergencies and patient care duties.
