A leading aerospace company in Shah Alam is seeking an NPI Engineer to oversee repair industrialization and improve site capabilities. The ideal candidate has a technical degree, at least 5 years of experience, and strong project management skills. This role involves collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver effective project outcomes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
The NPI Engineer has ownership of Repair industrialization in their shop prioritized by SQDC. The candidate will work with key stakeholders on-site and remote to deliver the repair industrialization plan. The NPI Engineer will be responsible for technical project planning and execution that results in growth of the site’s repair capability portfolio.

Candidate will have strong Project Management background, understanding the business's needs and key stakeholders' responsibilities in order to execute NPI projects. The candidate should also have a background in shift operations and process engineering to create a production line that is safe for technicians, provides good yield (Quality) with good Turn Around Time post NPI. Ideal candidate should have a technical degree with at least 5 years of experience and demonstrated background in working with multiple stakeholders.
Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology & Project Management. Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Engineer, Project Management, or similar roles.
Good and deep understanding of aviation MRO operations cross-functionally is preferred.
Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a related technical, engineering, or science degree program.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems; thinks creatively for solutions and seeks help when needed.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs with established project management skills.
Resourceful in ensuring proper utilization of resources of key stakeholders.
Clear thinking and understanding of how to utilize stakeholders’ roles and responsibilities to keep the project moving.
