Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as Product Engineer / NPI Engineer in PCB or Substrate manufacturing.
• IC Substrate overall process knowledge required.
• Experience in similar industry highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assess manufacturing feasibility of customer designs and conduct thorough feasibility studies.
• Distribute information on customer requirements and prepare production data.
• Provide technical support to external customers on design review and technology development.
