• At least 1 year’s experience as Product Engineer / NPI Engineer in PCB or Substrate manufacturing.
• IC Substrate overall process understanding.
• APQP and PPAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assess manufacturing feasibility of customer designs.
• Distribute customer requirements to related departments.
• Support R&D in qualification of new materials.
