• Experience in semiconductor assembly manufacturing or process engineering preferred.
• Familiarity with wafer dicing, screen printing, die attach, and wire bonding is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive NPI activities.
• Conduct new device process window study.
• Perform risk assessments and identify technical challenges.
• Evaluate new material characteristics.
• Conduct failure analysis and reporting.
• Build prototype samples and conduct characteristic checks.
• Propose process conditions for mass production.
