About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented NGO's Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full‑time position, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operations of our non‑profit organization.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the management team and various departments
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and activities
  • Maintaining and updating databases, records, and filing systems
  • Handling correspondence, including drafting emails, letters, and reports
  • Assisting with project management tasks and deadlines
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
  • Undertaking any other tasks as required to support the overall operations of the organization
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations role, preferably within the non‑profit or NGO sector
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to problem‑solving
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with additional language skills an advantage. Mandarin speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.
