Job summary

NTT DATA SERVICES MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a seasoned Networking Services Architect to design and deliver managed services solutions within the networking domain.

You will collaborate with clients and sales/delivery teams to develop cost-aware, multi-year architectures that align with business objectives. You will lead workshop sessions, translate requirements into end-to-end designs, and work with internal teams to secure sign-offs while focusing on cost savings and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in network/infrastructure managed services.
• Proficiency in conducting workshops with clients and internal teams to discover requirements and present solutions.
• Analytical abilities to discover, analyze, and interpret various inputs and DATA.
• Deep knowledge of managed services and delivery models, including cloud, global, and distributed.
• Comfort with working on costing models in partnership with sales and finance teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in technology and managed services.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey potential improvements and the value of solutions effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team, especially in a matrixed organization, while making significant personal contributions.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology/systems or a related field.

Your day at NTT DATA

We're looking for a seasoned Networking Services Architect to join our dynamic team at NTT DATA. In this role, you will be a subject matter expert, collaborating with clients and sales/delivery teams to design Managed Services solutions within the networking technology domain. Your day will be filled with engaging in value co-creation processes, developing innovative and secure multi-year Managed Services solutions, and providing critical costing inputs to commercial models.

You will design sophisticated managed service solutions that perfectly meet client needs by integrating technology and service design across the networking domain. From conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to testing and validating new design features, your role is central to our mission of driving digital transformation and achieving business objectives for our clients.

Beyond solution design, you will work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure supportability and secure necessary sign-offs for service design deliverables. Your contributions will map client requirements against service elements and architectures, developing end-to-end solutions involving cloud services, technology architectures, SIAM, SLA, and ITSM leading practices.

Your analytical skills will be put to good use as you assist sales teams in presenting architecture solutions to clients, focusing on cost savings and growth opportunities. You'll be involved in developing consolidated statements of requirements, transition documents, and roadmap plans, highlighting the impacts, consequences, and benefits of intended transformation.

To thrive in this role, you need to have:
