Job description

We are looking for a Network Service Technician to support and maintain our data center and network systems. In this role, you will monitor computer operations, maintain network communication equipment, and troubleshoot hardware and network issues. This role gives you the opportunity to develop and strengthen your technical skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform and monitor computer operations at the data center and maintain network communication equipment
• Provide coordination and manage escalation on outages with network vendors
• Conduct network health checks, routine maintenance and documentation updates
• Support site visits, cabling and ensure timely restoration of network issues
• Assist in ensuring stable network connectivity for customers and internal network
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management

What We’re Looking For:

• Possess a Certificate/Diploma in Computer Engineering/IT, Networking or its equivalent
• At least 1-year related working experience preferably in data communications and network support. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Have knowledge and hands‑on experience in Ethernet, TCP/IP and basic troubleshooting skills
• Able to work independently with good analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Possess valid B2 & D driving license and GDL license, and willing to travel as and when required
• Willing to work on shifts until 7.30 p.m., weekends and public holidays
