Job summary

Tech Staffing is seeking a Security Engineer to safeguard security infrastructure including firewall, email security appliance, and web filtering. You will monitor traffic, configure security systems, and interface with clients' information security teams to ensure continuous protection.

The role requires hands-on experience in security engineering, threat detection, VPNs, and maintenance to support business users and meet audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in security engineering.
• Experience in managed security infrastructure for various organisations.
• Strong understanding of Email Security Appliance, Next-Gen Firewall, VPN, threat detection, group policy, endpoint security, web filtering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and safeguard security infrastructure including firewall, email security, and web filtering.
• Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and configure security systems.
• Interface with clients' information security teams.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system tests for continuous monitoring.
• Respond to security breaches and assist with compliance/audit matters.
• Provide technical support and guidance to business users on security matters.
