J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented Network Operations Training Specialist to join our team in our KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur location. This is a full‑time position where you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to ensure the success of our network operations.
Job Descriptions
1. Talent Development & Training System
- Participate in and drive the development of competency models for network management roles (e.g. regional, zone, and branch levels).
- Design and deliver training programs related to network management (online and offline).
- Support the establishment of a talent pipeline and development framework for network management roles.
2. Performance Management Support
- Assist in structuring network performance management logic and aligning KPI definitions.
- Conduct performance rules briefing and training for regional and network management personnel.
- Support regions in improving the quality of performance management execution and reducing misalignment or misunderstanding.
3. Franchise Partner Financial Literacy Training
- Translate headquarters/company financial logic into franchise‑partner‑friendly “business language.”
- Deliver basic financial literacy training to franchise partners, covering revenue, cost, and profit structures.
- Enhance franchise partners’ understanding of data, reports, and business performance.
4. Cost Control & Cost Awareness Training
- Assist in breaking down common cost structures for franchise partners.
- Guide franchise partners in building cost awareness and a cost‑reduction mindset.
- Collaborate with regional teams to provide standardized operational improvement recommendations.
5. Revenue, Expense & Business Analysis Support
- Guide franchise partners in understanding the relationship between revenue/expense structures and operating results.
- Support regions in root‑cause analysis of network operational and business issues.
- Develop reusable business analysis materials and training content.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above; candidates with a background in management, finance, logistics, or business‑related fields are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in network management, operations management, training, or related roles.
- Strong training delivery, presentation, and logical structuring skills.
- Ability to translate complex policies, systems, and financial concepts into easy‑to‑understand content.
- Practical understanding of network operations, cost management, and performance management.
- Strong cross‑functional communication and coordination skills.
