An engineering firm in Kuala Lumpur is hiring for a Network Operation Maintenance Monitoring Service role. The position includes 24x7 site alarm monitoring, first-level troubleshooting, and communication with vendors. Candidates must possess basic RF knowledge and be skilled in network performance monitoring. The role involves daily reporting and managing trouble tickets effectively.
This work includes but is not limited to:
Candidates must have basic knowledge in RF (Radio Frequency), as it is very important for this role.
24x7 site alarm monitoring using Vendor UME, performing first-level troubleshooting, and handling trouble tickets (TT) from opening to closure.
Network performance monitoring and reporting.
Communication with Vendor and any third-party stakeholders.
The subcontractor’s team will be based at the customer’s site (TRX).
Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports according to Vendor/Customer standards.
Acting as the main point of contact for Access Seeker NOC in handling customer complaints.
Performing first-level and core domain troubleshooting and analysis for Access Seeker’s end-user complaints.
Conducting first-level troubleshooting for Access Seeker, including customer profile checks, 5G coverage verification, and other pre-checks as outlined in the Service Desk checklist form
24x7 network alarm monitoring and first-level troubleshooting
Handle trouble tickets from opening to closure
Monitor network performance and KPIs
Perform routine data backups and signal tracing
Communicate effectively with Vendors, third parties, and subcontractors
Support Access Seeker NOC and Service Desk complaints
Monitoring OSS KPI and preparing daily reports with analysis.
Handling complaints from VIP/MNO/DNB Service Desk and serving as the point of contact.
Conducting VIP signal tracing and backup (every 3 days)
