RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and implement

• Plan and design network infrastructure that meets the organization’s requirements.
• Build and implement new network systems.
• Select appropriate hardware and software for the network.

2. Maintain and support

• Monitor and maintain existing networks to ensure they operate properly.
• Troubleshoot and repair network and hardware issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to avoid problems.
• Provide technical support to users.
• Ensure data and network security by implementing measures such as antivirus management and data backups.

3. Management and administration

• Manage user accounts and emails.
• Prepare and maintain an inventory of technology infrastructure assets.
• Monitor the performance of network systems.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management, such as handling the procurement of materials and spare parts.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 to 5 years of working experience in the field of computer networking.
• Computer networking: In-depth knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and networking technologies such as firewalls, core switches, access switches, and WAPs.
• Operating systems: Understanding of various operating systems such as Windows and Linux, including installation and administration.
• Cybersecurity: Ability to protect systems from cyber threats, viruses, threat detection, and data encryption.
• Database management: Knowledge of database management systems and storage solutions such as SQL, SUN, and NAS.
