Strategic Network Planning & Market Analysis
- Develop long-term national network development strategy, market area analysis, dealer point mapping, and feasibility studies.
- Identify and prioritize key growth markets and cities for network expansion.
- Define the optimal mix of sales, service, and 3S/4S facilities to meet brand and customer needs.
- Continuously monitor competitor network strategies and market trends.
Dealer Partner Identification & Recruitment
- Lead the end-to-end process of recruiting new, high-quality dealer partners.
- Develop compelling business cases and investment proposals to attract potential investors.
- Conduct rigorous financial and capability assessments of potential dealer candidates.
- Manage the entire onboarding pipeline and reporting.
Dealership Development & Standards
- Lead the development and implementation of MG's CI (Corporate Identity) standards.
- Work with all stakeholders to manage the dealership construction and renovation process.
- Develop and enforce facility and operational standards that elevate the customer experience.
Performance & Relationship Management
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for new dealer start-ups and monitor their health.
- Strategic consultant to new dealers, providing guidance on business planning and operational setup.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with dealer principals and investors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Business Admin., Finance, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in network development or strategic planning within the auto industry.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and deploying a retail network.
- Direct experience with site selection, feasibility studies, and financial modeling for retail businesses.
- Experience in project management, particularly in managing facility construction or major renovations.
- Expert in analyzing market data, P&L statements, and investment proposals.
