Qualifications

• Registered with the Nursing Board of Malaysia with a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to nursing care vision and unit goals; perform shift duties as assigned by the Unit Manager.
• Visit patients with the team, assess conditions, re-plan nursing care, and set priorities.
• Provide personalized, comprehensive care with meticulous documentation and prompt reporting of abnormal findings.
• Monitor patients continuously, interpret ECG/ABG results, and coordinate with physicians for inotropic support.
• Assist with patient transfers, discharges, and scheduling of specialist follow-ups; ensure safe transfers to mortuary when needed.
• Maintain infection prevention practices, confidentiality, and accurate patient charging and supply stock checks.
