A global coatings company is seeking a National Sales Manager based in Malaysia, responsible for leading sales operations, driving growth in automotive and coatings sectors. Applicants should have at least 6 years of relevant sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership skills, and a valid driving license. This role involves strategic planning, coaching teams, and effective negotiation to enhance sales performance across various territories.
This role is responsible for leading and driving Malaysia's overall sales performance. It will focus on driving sales growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and strong distributor and key account relationships. The NSM plays a critical role in translating corporate and regional strategies into relevant country-level plans while ensuring execution across all territories.
