Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline, marketing, sales, or business development is preferred.
  • 2-6 years of Retail Manager, Store Manager, Retail General Manager experience in a company with a track record of increasing electronic store revenue and sales growth.
  • Previous work experience in a start-up or dynamic high-growth environment is a plus.
Responsibilities
Market Intelligence & Competitive Positioning
  • Analyse retail trends, customer behaviours, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market conditions to inform national tactics.
  • Identify growth opportunities, whitespace innovations, and customer segments to deepen 3cat’s market presence and differentiation in the circular tech economy.
Retail Strategy & Business Growth
  • Lead the development and execution of 3cat’s national retail strategy, aligned with corporate goals and market growth objectives.
  • Drive store network expansion, including new store openings, relocations, format innovation (e.g., flagship, showroom, pop-up experiments), and channel blending (physical + digital). Own full Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability across all retail operations, ensuring growth in revenue, profitability, and key retail KPIs.
  • Oversee annual business planning, sales forecasting, and budget management to maximise financial performance.
Operational Excellence & Customer Experience
  • Set and enforce operational standards, service quality benchmarks, and customer experience protocols across all retail stores.
  • Implement performance measurement systems and dashboards tracking sales, conversion, inventory, customer satisfaction, and after-sales service metrics.
  • Drive best practices across retail operations to ensure 3cat delivers consistent, trustworthy experiences — from device evaluation and warranties to trade-in services and repairs.
