Job Description
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements for reports and dashboards within Crystal Report or Seed Report in the Quantum System.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for a new report and to enhance existing reports and identify areas for improvement in data format and information delivery (automation).
  • Manage Quantum’s new reporting and enhancements, system/reporting issues, defects and initiate a testing for all new and enhancement report required by the business users.
  • Organize trainings and supports to end users on using Seed Report in the Quantum System.
  • Assist in troubleshooting data integration and reporting issues.
  • Collaborate with Treasury & Investments, Market Risk and Finance teams to identify, analyse and implement process improvements or any related with treasury operations or new instruments establishment.
  • Facilitating development, system testing (SIT & UAT) and new business requirements gathering.
  • Collaborate with business end-user team to gather requirements from customers and translate them into technical specifications
  • Assist in KYC process for a new counterparty or existing counterparty.
  • Liaise with 3rd party vendor (under purview of Group Treasury & Investments) during the system development, system integration testing (SIT & UAT), new enhancement and external system support.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related IT technical skills;
  • Fresh graduate and/or less than 2 year experience
  • Basic knowledge in SQL and able to write SQL queries (pre-requisite)
  • Familiar and interest in leveraging BI development tools such as Crystal Report, Power BI to drive data-driven decisions
  • Good in mathematical or statistical analysis
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to stakeholders.
  • Willing to learn new things.
  • Must have critical thinking and problem-solving skills mindset
  • Proactive, able to handle multi-tasking job functions and capable to meet various deadlines.
  • Mature, attentive to details, positive attitude and able to work independently.
