Work you’ll do
  • Managing and delivering the day to day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver tailored solutions that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across organizational levels to implement efficient and engaging learning activities.
  • Manage HRDC grants, claims and utilization.
  • Supporting the implementation of SEA HR and local HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide support on administrative tasks. This may include data entry, filing, document preparation, and assisting with vendor payment processes.
  • Collaborate with the team on data‑driven projects and on broader operational and project‑based tasks.
  • Maintaining, updating, and filing of employment records.
  • Handling employee queries. Primary contact for the employees and business line leaders that seeking support on HR processes, policies, etc.
  • Assisting in special projects as and when needed.

Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resource management, Business Studies, Management, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of related work experience.
  • Strong understanding of HRDC regulations and requirements (or equivalent).
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and support a variety of tasks, from strategic to administrative.
  • Team player with strong project management, multi‑tasking skills and ability to understand business needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft words, Excel. Experience in using SAP HR system is an added advantage.
  • Experience in overall HR operations and HRBP role will be an added advantage.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
