The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for conceptualising, producing, and managing high-quality multimedia content that supports Aeronas corporate branding, marketing initiatives, technical storytelling, and public communications. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical understanding, and strategic thinking to translate complex aerospace and engineering concepts into engaging visual narratives.
The Multimedia Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams including management, engineering, R&D, marketing, and external partners to ensure all multimedia outputs reflect Aeronas professionalism, credibility, and innovation-driven identity.
What you'll be doing
Multimedia Production & Content Development
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute end-to-end multimedia projects, including videos, photography, motion graphics, animations, and visual designs
- Produce corporate Videos or Photos, product and aircraft showcases, technical explainers, interviews, documentaries, and promotional materials
- Lead pre-production, production, and post-production processes, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, and final delivery
- Manage on-site and off-site photo/video shoots, including coordination with internal teams and external vendors
Branding, Marketing & Corporate Communications
- Develop visual assets for website, social media, presentations, brochures, reports, exhibitions, press materials and other branding materials.
- Ensure all multimedia content adheres to Aeronas’ brand guidelines, visual identity, and corporate tone
- Support press conferences, collaboration signings, product launches, and corporate events with professional multimedia coverage
- Assist in creating content that strengthens investor communications, corporate storytelling, and public engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Translate technical information into clear, accurate, and engaging visual content for non-technical audiences
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams to align multimedia output with strategic objectives and timelines
Asset Management & Quality Control
- Maintain a structured digital asset management system for photos, videos, and design files
- Ensure consistent quality, resolution, formatting, and compliance across all multimedia outputs
- Manage content updates and revisions efficiently while meeting tight deadlines
- Stay updated on multimedia technologies, software, and industry trends, particularly within corporate and aerospace contexts
- Propose new content formats and visual approaches to enhance Aeronas’ brand visibility and storytelling
- Continuously improve workflows, templates, and production standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Media, Visual Communication, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in multimedia production
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Proven experience in video production, photography, motion graphics, and post-production workflows
- Solid understanding of branding principles, visual storytelling, and digital content strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Prior experience in aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries is an added advantage
Preferred / Added Value Skills
- Experience with 3D visualisation or animation tools (e.g. Blender, Solidwork, or similar)
- Drone photography/videography experience (with valid certification preferred)
- Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics, and performance-driven content
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX or website content management systems
