Responsibilities

Create 5 -10 designs outputs or alternatively create 1-2 short form videos (social media ads) daily, balancing creativity with campaign goals. (Training will be provided for candidates on video editing if needed)

Assist the Video Editor team with graphic and video-related tasks, including preparing marketing copy and adapting designs for short-form videos.

Design and animate image banners, GIFs, and short videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and branding purposes.

Ensure all creative outputs are visually compelling, on‑brand, and aligned with campaign objectives; a strong portfolio demonstrating aesthetic sensibility is essential.

Leverage tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and CapCut, incorporating AI tools where appropriate to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, conduct competitor research, and develop design briefs.

Stay up‑to‑date with design, animation, and social media trends to ensure content remains engaging, relevant, and high‑performing.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual: Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
  • Good art sense and aesthetic judgment, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and versatility.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising, campaign design, or content creation is a plus.
  • Experience with AI tools for design/video production is a bonus.
  • Fast learner with a positive, can‑do attitude and openness to feedback.
