Opportunity to work on both video production & creative design

Key Responsibilities

1. Videography

Assist in planning, shooting, and producing video content for social media, websites, and promotional use.

Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.

Follow scripts and storyboards to produce cohesive and high-quality videos.

Capture short-form social media videos (CapCut acceptable—focus on speed & volume, not cinematic quality).

2. Video Editing

Edit raw footage into polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.

Add graphics, music, subtitles, and simple effects to enhance video quality.

Ensure visual output meets brand guidelines and maintains consistency.

Organize video files, project assets, and ensure proper backup.

3. Graphic Design & Digital Assets

Create and adapt digital assets: social media visuals, banners, email graphics, ads, and marketing materials.

Design print collateral such as brochures, posters, buntings, and event materials when required.

Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and effectively convey key messages.

Perform photo touch-ups, colour correction, cropping, and background clean‑ups for product or lifestyle photos.

Optimize images for different platforms and file formats.

5. Website & Social Media Management

Update company information on Wix.com or Shopify (no coding required).

Manage and upload company news and updates on the website.

Assist in managing the Chairman’s social media account, including posting, layout consistency, and content coordination.

Work closely with senior designers, marketing team, and management to understand project goals.

Assist in scriptwriting and storyboard development.

Communicate with external agencies to follow up on marketing tasks and ensure timely progress.

Requirements

Diploma in Art/Design/Creative/Graphic/Multimedia or related fields.

Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in a related field.

Proficient in Mandarin and English (writing & communication).

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

Basic knowledge of photography/videography is a plus.

Strong visual sense, creativity, and attention to detail.

Eager to learn, adaptable, able to take feedback.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work well with a team.
