Job summary

BRG Marketing Sdn Bhd in Damansara, Selangor seeks a passionate Content Creator to craft engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, and Shopee. You will plan, shoot, and edit videos and graphics aligned with campaign goals, while applying basic ads data to optimize performance.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in marketing or related fields and at least 1 year of content or digital marketing experience, with strong storytelling and copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, Creative Multimedia, or related fields.
Min 1 year of experience in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media trends.
Excellent storytelling, creative thinking, and copywriting skills.
Comfortable brainstorming, scripting, filming, and appearing on camera when required.
Proficient in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar software.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and audience engagement strategies.
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
A positive, proactive, and growth-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Handle assigned accounts and plan content direction tailored to each brand/campaign.
Produce engaging content across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Shopee, etc.).
Plan, shoot, and edit videos, graphics, and copy aligned with campaign objectives.
Understand and apply basic ads data to optimize content performance.
Collaborate with account executives and other departments to ensure content supports overall e‑commerce strategy.
Monitor social media and e‑commerce trends to adapt content strategies for maximum reach.
Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines, client requirements, and platform policies.
Prepare weekly and monthly content performance reports to evaluate engagement and ROI.
Experiment with new formats, storytelling styles, and AI‑driven creative tools to enhance content quality.
