Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Marketing, Communications, Media, or Advertising preferred.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in MCN, content operations, or related management roles.
  • Familiar with MCN operating models, influencer management processes, and platform algorithms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop overall MCN operational strategy, annual growth targets, and execution plans.
  • Responsible for recruiting, contracting, training, and managing influencers/KOLs/KOCs.
  • Improve content quality and exposure; optimize traffic growth strategies.
  • Manage multi-platform account operations (TikTok / Xiaohongshu / Instagram).
  • Oversee the short‑video production process, including topic selection, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
  • Drive commercialization models such as livestream e‑commerce, seeding campaigns, and brand partnerships.
  • Coordinate cross‑department collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Conduct data analysis and performance reviews to optimize strategies.
  • Responsible for external business partnerships, resource expansion, and platform communication.
