About the Role

We are is seeking an experiencedSecurity Solutions Architectto lead thedesign, deployment, and support of Microsoft Security and Compliance solutions. The role requires deep technical expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem and strong leadership capabilities to drive secure digital transformation for enterprise clients.

This position reports to theSenior Director, Cyber Risk and Technology Advisory Servicesand involves collaboration across multiple teams to enhance clients’ security posture and resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-endarchitecture, implementation, and optimizationof Microsoft 365 and Azure Security & Compliance solutions.
• Design and integrate advanced Microsoft security platforms, includingMicrosoft Purview, Entra ID, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Office 365, and Defender for Endpoint.
• Translatebusiness and regulatory requirementsinto technical architectures and deployment blueprints.
• Overseesolution onboarding, configuration, and secure deploymentacross multi-tenant and hybrid environments.
• Performadvanced troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysisto ensure system integrity.
• Develop and maintainarchitecture documentation, configuration baselines, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with governance, infrastructure, and cloud teams to standardizesecurity processes and automation frameworks.
• Mentor implementation teams and drive best practices in Microsoft Security configuration.
• Participate inincident response, post-incident reviews, and resilience planning.
• SupportCyber Risk and Technology Advisoryengagements and contribute to cybersecurity transformation initiatives.

Experience & Expertise

• Minimum12 years of IT experience, including8–10 yearsinSecurity Engineering or Architecture, specializing in c
• Proven hands-on experience with:
• Microsoft Purview (AIP/DLP)
• Microsoft Entra ID (Identity Governance, Conditional Access)
• Strong understanding ofSecurity Operations, Governance, and Service Delivery.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Security solutions inglobal enterprise environments.
• Familiarity withISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and other cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
• Experience integrating withITSM platformssuch as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.

Qualifications (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s Degree inComputer Science, Information Security, or related technical discipline.
• Microsoft Certifications:
• SC-100 – Cybersecurity Architect Expert
• SC-200 – Security Operations Analyst Associate
• SC-400 – Information Protection & Compliance Administrator

Preferred Certifications

• AZ-500 – Azure Security Engineer Associate
• SC-300 – Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent (optional).
