Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Lead with a strong background in motion design, animation, and video content production to join our growing team. This role requires a creative who can bring product storytelling and campaign content to life through motion, while exploring how AI-powered creative tools can push our workflows further. Working closely within the team and alongside the Global Marketing team, you will help shape our motion systems and campaign output, while guiding junior motion graphic designers to raise the standard of motion work across the team.

Your responsibilities:

• Motion & Video Production: Create motion graphics, animations, and video content across brand, marketing, and product initiatives.
• Product Storytelling: Develop storytelling assets for the app experience, including feature demonstrations, user journeys, and explainer animations.
• Digital Product Animation: Design and animate step-by-step product experiences for digital and social platforms.
• AI-Powered Creative Exploration: Explore and apply AI creative tools across ideation, image generation, video generation, editing, and production to improve speed and output quality.
• Campaign Support: Support campaign development from concept through execution, working closely with the wider creative team.
• Continuous Improvement: Keep experimenting with new creative technologies and workflows to sharpen speed and creative effectiveness.
• Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior motion graphic designers, providing creative direction and feedback to raise the standard of motion work across the team.

Must Haves:

• At least 7 years of experience in motion design, multimedia design, creative production, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Figma and digital product design environments.
• Solid understanding of animation principles, including transitions, timing, and motion systems.
• Ability to communicate ideas through both static and motion-based design.
• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior designers, with the ability to give clear creative direction and feedback.

Good To Have:

• Experience working in app-based, digital product, fintech, e-commerce, or technology companies.
• Experience creating product walkthroughs, feature explainers, UI animations, or onboarding videos.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted video generation and creative production workflows such as Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Kling, Magnific, or similar.
• Understanding of performance marketing, social content, and digital campaigns.
