The C27 Content and Community team combines meaningful insights, universal truths, hot topics and a dose of visual artistry to create arresting content and engage with digital communities. They are responsible for producing content on digital channels and engaging the community in line with a brand’s voice. This team has helped make Netflix one of Malaysia's favourite brands and has levelled up the way McDonald’s engages its biggest fans in the digital age. Our work has been seen more than 7 billion times yearly, still growing.

Requirements
- Fresh graduates with a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Design, Fine Art, Film/Cinema, or a relevant degree or certification.
- Portfolio composition of T3 majority portfolio OR >RM100k portfolio value.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere and After Effects. Working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Additional skills in 3D and VFX are a plus.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
Creative Excellence
- Ensuring the highest quality of work is produced at all times.

- Keep up with current events and the latest aesthetic trends.
- Make the most of ideations and work with the team to bring ideas to life.
- Articulate, rationalise and defend conceptual and directional choices.
- Accountable for the final development and production of creative assets.
- Time allocated will vary, but ensure equal dedication to all bodies of work.
- Champion the rule of “no Lorem Ipsum” in mockups, ensuring words & visuals are of equal priority.

Creative Execution
- Design and create enticing motion graphics for various media, including corporate videos, eLearning, websites, marketing demos, web, and mobile.
- Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic projects.
- Work with the design team to understand project scope and objectives.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Research and analyse the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Assist in designing and creating storyboards and shootboards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organisation of graphic files.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
- Work with the design team to select audio, video, colours, animation, etc., for motion design.
- Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage and ensure timely tasks and work closely with the Account Management Team.
- Advise the Account Management Team on realistic hours needed for each task.
Internal Initiatives
- Work closely with others to execute & drive internal special projects initiated by the CEO.
- Keep an eye out for awards/case study work across the C27 portfolio of clients.
- Ensure the brand image (visually) of C27 is consistent while working with the internal branding team.
Other Responsibilities
General Responsibilities
- Collaborate with others – encourage discourse and critical thinking in collaborations.
- Ensure effective interdepartmental collaboration.
- Adhere to superior’s directions, instructions, & recommendations.
- Ensure all works down are of high quality with little to no errors.
- Ensure all projects are submitted promptly: with precise contents, a clean format.
Responsibilities Towards The Company
- Be responsible for the safekeeping and general usage of the Company’s assets in employee possession and the usage of Company facilities provided.
- Be dressed presentably and maintain professionalism during client meetings.
- Uphold C27’s brand image at all times, during working hours and non‑working hours, in‑office or out‑of‑office grounds.
Miscellaneous Responsibilities
- Observe and practice C27’s culture and practices, working to uplift the Company’s good name.
