  • Proven track record in mortgage/financial sales or a similar consultative sales role.
  • Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, products, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer‑centric mindset and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
