Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business.
• At least 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
