Mortgage Consultant (Bank Loan Specialist)

Provide professional advice to customers on mortgage loans, refinancing and property financing solutions.

Assist clients to assess loan eligibility and prepare all necessary documents for loan submission.

Liaise with bankers, developers, and agents to ensure smooth approval process.

Follow up closely with clients and banks from application until loan disbursement.

Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to achieve monthly sales targets.

Attend training provided to improve product knowledge and closing skills.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.

Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided).

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Sales-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Possess own transport.

Banking / sales experience is an added advantage but not required.
