Responsibilities / What we want you to do

• Assist clients in applying for home loans/协助客户申请房屋贷款

• Analyze clients’ financial documents and eligibility/分析客户财务资料及贷款资格

• Liaise with multiple banks to obtain loan approvals/与多家银行沟通以争取批贷

• Prepare and submit loan applications accurately/准确准备及提交贷款申请文件

• Provide professional mortgage advice to clients/向客户提供专业房贷建议

• Follow up on approval status and resolve issues with banks/跟进审批进度并解决银行相关问题

• Track the loan process until final disbursement/跟踪放款流程直到完成

• Maintain good client relationships and service quality/维持良好客户关系与服务质量

• Ensure all documents comply with bank policies/确保所有文件符合银行要求

• Attend training and coaching sessions to improve performance/参与培训与指导课程，持续提升表现

Requirements / 职位要求

• We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, patient, soft-spoken and good at communication.

• SPM or above (fresh graduates welcome) / SPM 或以上学历（欢迎应届毕业生）

• Fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients; English & Malay an advantage / 中文流利，英文或马来文更佳

• Motivated, detail-oriented, and professional / 有上进心，做事仔细，仪表端正

• Computer literate / 会使用电脑

• Own transport for client visits / 自备交通工具
